We will inform guests if we have to self isolate within 2 weeks of your arrival date and we ask guests to contact us if they are asked to self isolate within 2 weeks of their booking, to allow us to manage future bookings
Contact tracing – all guests asked for contact details on arrival, which will be held securely on our data base
Breakfast will be provided as individual portioned cereals, fruit, milk, jam, condiments
We ask you to remain flexible regarding house keeping. We ask guests to leave dirty cups and bins outside their rooms to clean and remove, but we will only service your room on your request
We will wear masks on greeting you, during breakfast and if required to service your room. We ask you to wear a face mask on arrival and in communal areas, except when eating or drinking, in line with Government guidance.
It may be necessary to make a late change of room for your stay if we are required to close a room
We aim to be as flexible as possible during this period should you need to cancel your stay in relation to Covid 19
